With a mechanically fixed ridge tiled system no cement mortar is used resulting in no maintenance and securely fastened ridge tiles that can stand up to high winds without dislodging. Replacement of aluminium perimeter trim to a property in Pencaitland, East Lothian. The existing trim and flashings were removed and the new trim fitted by our flat roofers with new perimeter high performance mineral felt flashings.
